Burning His Draft Notice

1994: Mike Powers was drafted by the Las Vegas Dustdevils in the 1994 CISL Expansion Draft. Powers, however, declined to report to Las Vegas. On July 1, 1994 a trade was worked out, sending Gary Young to Las Vegas in exchange for Powers.

1985: Dallas ended the Inagural Season with their 11th straight defeat.
- That record still stands to this day.
- Dallas opened the 1984-85 season with 10 losses in a row
- The next three longest losing streaks are 6, 7, and 8 games in a row and all of those took place in the 2002-03 MISL-2 season.

1994: The CISL Draft took place today.
- Dallas made the following selections. None of the players played the 1994 season with Dallas:
  - Eloy Salgado (8th Round, 71st overall)
  - Jeff Agoos (9th Round, 82nd overall)
  - Frank Arlasky (10th Round, 94th and final pick overall)
