Simonini served as Head Soccer Coach and Intramural Director at Bentley College in Waltham, Massachusetts from 1987-2007. He served as Goalkeepers Coach for the New England Revolution from 1996-99, and again in 2004.
He is currently Assistant Director of Coaching for Lexington United Soccer Club in Lexington, MA.
