Training Camp

1987: The first set of "two-a-day" workouts saw the Sidekicks doing arobics with assistant coach Keith Weller's wife in the morning and running exorcises in the afternoon.

2013: Nestor Hernandez.
- Hernandez signed from Chicago. Dallas arranged for a sponsorship deal for the Mustangs in exchange for Hernandez being released from Chicago's "protected list."
