Check Your Birds Before Takeoff

1996: The Sidekicks were departing from Orange County on a commercial flight following the first round series win over Anaheim. A hawk flew into one of the engines, forcing pilots to abort the takeoff and slam on the plane's brakes. No one, save the hawk, was injured.
