• 1991: Gordon Jago had the Sidekicks play the match under formal protest due to the Cleveland Crunch's failure to bring their Road uniforms to the match.
  • The luggage containing Cleveland's road red/black jerseys was lost. The Sidekicks' green road jerseys were at the Inwood Soccer Center practice facility.
